Honeylocust, Imperial

Gleditsia triacanthos 'Imperial'

The Imperial honeylocust has more dense foliage than other forms of honeylocust thus providing better shade.  The foliage emerges bright golden-bronze, fades to green as it matures, then colors golden-yellow again in fall. Thornless and seedless makes it a low maintenance tree for your yard.
